"Pretty okay service, but replies were slow"
I mean, Romophoto was fine overall, like nothing terrible or anything, but the communication could definitely be better. I had to wait a bit for responses and, yeah, I ended up following up once just to check in. They did get back to me eventually, so it worked out in the end, but it just wasn’t as quick as I was hoping.

"Photos were fine, but why did it take so long?"
The photos turned out okay in the end, but getting them took way longer than I expected. I had to keep checking in for updates, and I was just sitting there like, why is this so complicated? It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the whole process felt slower and more frustrating than it needed to be.

I tried romophoto.com and, it was okay. Like, not bad at all, but not exactly the super cheap option I had in my head at first. Once I looked closer at what was included, the price made a bit more sense, but still... I guess I expected a little more.
The results were fine, and if you don’t want to spend a bunch of time doing everything yourself, it’s probably worth considering. I just came away feeling like it was fair, not amazing. So yeah, decent overall, just kind of average for the money.

Booking was straightforward in my experience, so no issues there. The photos did arrive later than I was expecting, which was a bit frustrating, but overall I thought they looked decent once they came through

The colors came out really sharp and the photos look great. Credit where it’s due, they did a solid job and it wouldn’t feel fair to say otherwise.

"Bad first impression with support"
My first impression of their customer service wasn’t great, and unfortunately it didn’t get any better. Support barely responded to me, and when they did, nothing was actually fixed. I was left feeling like I had to figure it out on my own
